I’ve been an opera singer and musical theater entertainer the entirety of my life. My journey towards personal fitness goals lead me to Pilates, and I immediately was hooked! After spending hours at the gym, lifting weights and feeling overwhelmed and exhausted I decided to give it a try. Since then I’ve lost 120 lbs, and the last 30 are attributed to Joseph Pilates and his amazing work. My mind and body connected, it clicked for me, and nothing else has brought me more balance, focus or physical awareness. I’m passionate about Pilates and encourage anyone who hasn’t tried to give it a chance! It might surprise you.
