Certified Pilates Instructor
Julia has been a coach since her teen years, beginning in water safety instruction. She then expanded her knowledge of movement to Yoga, Pilates, and Brazilian jiu jitsu. Her love for activity continues to grow as she encourages others to find liberation through the body. She wholeheartedly believes that through movement healing will blossom not only to the physical, but also translates into our spiritual, and emotional wellbeing. Inviting others to be present in their body takes precedence in her life. When Julia isn’t doing something active she spends time with her family, performs stand up comedy, and enjoys snuggling with her dogs in her reading nook.
