Brea is a very passionate and dedicated fitness instructor who specializes in Pilates and Yoga. With years of experience helping clients improve their flexibility, strength, and overall well-being, she is committed to guiding individuals toward a balanced and healthy lifestyle- not only physically, but mentally as well. It is really important to Brea to create an inclusive and supportive environment where clients of all levels feel welcome and safe. Her love for movement and mindful practices began years ago as she quickly realized how positively it impacted her life. Because of this, she decided to get certifications in the fields she loved in hopes of helping impact others lives in the way that these things had impacted her. Holding certifications in Pilates and Yoga, She is continuously growing and learning to become the best teacher she can be. Whether teaching a gentle Yoga flow or a challenging Pilates session, she is driven by the belief that wellness is about nurturing the body, the mind, and the soul. When she’s not teaching, Brea enjoys practicing Yoga and Pilates herself, spending time in nature- hiking, water skiing, snowboarding, or taking nature walks, reading, traveling, spending time with the people she loves, learning, and trying new things. She is a free spirit and an adventurous soul. A multi passionate being who could write a book about all of the things she loves to do! Her mission is to inspire others to move with intention, find inner peace, experience healing, and develop a deeper connection with themselves.
