Kendra’s journey to Pilates is as inspiring as her classes. A former two-sport college athlete in softball and soccer, she faced an ACL tear and multiple surgeries, leading her to discover Pilates by chance in Chicago 15 years ago. Since then, Pilates has been essential to her wellness journey, helping her stay active through a recent knee replacement. As a proud founding member of Club Pilates East Memphis, Kendra loves introducing others to the transformative power of Pilates.
