Amanda Bryant was introduced to Pilates and immediately realized her passion for such a broad and diverse exercise routine. She saw a renewed joy in her health and well-being because Pilates offered a wonderful variety and truly focused on so many aspects of the body from core stability, strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, posture and so much more. It wasn’t long before Amanda realized that teaching Pilates would allow others an amazing opportunity to discover the same benefits and enjoy a rewarding lifestyle. Amanda completed her 500-hour comprehensive training through the Club Pilates Education Program. She is certified in Mat, Reformer, Chair, Springboard, Trapeze table/Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Magic Circle. She also holds a qualification in TRX and is trained in Trigger Point Therapy as an FMT Mobility Specialist.
