Sam first became enamored with Pilates in high school when her mom introduced her to Windsor mat pilates. As a dancer, Sam quickly realized how much these exercises helped her to excel in her technique classes, and she continued to incorporate these functional movements into her workouts throughout college and beyond. In 2011, Sam became a Licensed Zumba Instructor and fell in love with the world of group fitness. She worked as a personal trainer for over 10 years and has received continuing education in the realms of fitness nutrition, pre- and postnatal fitness and nutrition, and exercise progression for individuals of all fitness levels. Sam is also a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and loves to educate others on the power of both food and movement to help them feel their absolute best!
