With over 500 hours of comprehensive training under my belt, I am well-equipped to guide students on a journey toward optimal physical and mental well-being. Having a variety of physical ailments that could impact my ability to move freely, I was drawn to Pilates for its emphasis on core strength and functional movement. I firmly believe that Pilates is the best exercise ever, offering a perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Individually we all struggle with being comfortable in our own skin and Pilates is an exceptional confidence booster. My dual expertise in both Pilates and Yoga uniquely positions me to provide a holistic approach to fitness, focusing not just on the physical but also on the mind-body connection.
