Lisa Guardino

Instructor
Lisa has been active in the fitness industry since opening a Jazzercise studio in Mariposa, California in 1994. After selling her studio in 2014 and moving to Orange County, California, she attended her first Pilates class and was inspired to enroll in the Pilates/Dance Conditioning Instructor Certification Program at Orange Coast College. She graduated with honors in 2016 and began teaching at multiple Club Pilates locations in Orange County. She then moved to Grass Valley, California, where she continued to teach and further expanded her Pilates education by completing the Polestar Comprehensive Teacher Training Program, The Konnector Teacher Training, and The OOV Fundamentals Course in 2019. Lisa moved to West Seattle in October 2021, when she began teaching at Club Pilates. Lisa believes we can create stronger bodies and happier, healthier lives through fitness. She says physical fitness is one of the most important keys to a healthy body, and a way to bring balance to our lives. Being mindful of what we are doing with our bodies through movement enables us to become more connected to our lives and to others. Movement relieves stress and allows us to experience more joy in life, which leads to feeling better both physically and mentally. Lisa is dedicated to inspiring people to exercise and be active. Her goal is to make a difference in someone’s life every day through the classes she teaches.
