Angela’s journey with Pilates began as a passionate, committed member at our Katy studio. She
quickly fell in love with the practice, blending Pilates with her strength training routine and attending classes almost daily. It wasn’t long before she caught the “Pilates itch”—the desire to dive deeper into the practice. Inspired by the transformation she experienced, Angela decided to become certified through our Club Pilates Teacher Training program, eager to empower
others just as she had been empowered through her own Pilates practice.
Though Angela took some time off to address personal health challenges, Angela never lost her love for Pilates. She knew her journey wasn’t over. Having overcome personal struggles and injuries, she returned to her practice with renewed vigor, ready to share her passion for movement, health, and strength with others.
Beyond her dedication to Pilates, Angela is married to a loving husband, is a dedicated mother to an incredible s on and cherishes spending time with family and friends. She has a background in the cosmetic industry that adds a unique perspective to her approach to wellness. When
she’s not teaching or practicing Pilates, you can find her cycling, strength training, cooking or enjoying quality time with loved ones.
Angela’s mission is simple: to empower others to become the healthiest version of themselves, no matter their fitness goals. Whether it’s through incorporating Pilates into their routine, rehabbing an injury, or simply improving their overall strength and flexibility, Angela is
determined to inspire and motivate others on their own fitness journeys.
