Karlee is a certified Pilates instructor with a passion for helping others lead pain-free and fulfilling lives. Since earning her 500-hour contemporary Pilates certification in 2021, she has expanded her expertise with classical Pilates continuing education, enabling her to offer a diverse range of classes tailored to her students’ needs. In her sessions, Karlee creates an engaging and supportive environment, blending effective full-body workouts with light-heartedness and encouragement. Students often leave her classes feeling revitalized and empowered. Karlee also provides private Pilates sessions, which she highly recommends. These personalized sessions are an excellent way to explore modifications and build a strong foundation for group classes, ensuring each participant gets the most out of their practice. Her journey into Pilates began in 2019 when she sought relief from low back pain caused by overextension in her yoga practice. Pilates transformed her understanding of body mechanics, helping her strengthen her core and move more easily in daily life. While she has practiced yoga since 2010 and continues to do so weekly, Pilates has become her daily focus. Additionally, Karlee holds a background in personal training, which she integrated into her repertoire in 2023, further enhancing her ability to guide students in strength training and overall fitness.
