Cari is an advocate for overall health and wellness. She began practicing Pilates four years ago to find relief from chronic lower back pain. Pilates offered her tremendous relief from herniated disc pain almost immediately that other therapies were not able to provide. Pilates not only helps keep the pain away but also keeps her feeling healthy and strong. Cari joined Club Pilates Princeton in December 2019 as a member and quickly realized that she wanted to become an instructor. Cari is a graduate from Club Pilates 500 hour Teacher Training Program and fully trained in all Pilates apparatus. Cari is excited to be teaching for Club Pilates and sharing her knowledge on how Pilates can help anyone become strong and have a more mindful healthy life. “If you ever lack the motivation to train, then think of what happens to your mind and body when you don’t”-Shifu Yan Lei
