I have always been a Lover of physical activity, from playing soccer and volleyball growing up to having dance parties in the kitchen with my kids. Physical activity is a form a self care for me, and I feel grateful to be able to help and guide others in their pilates practice. My first introduction to pilates was over 20 years ago after having my first daughter. I would pop in the DVD and do my thing on the living room floor. I was reintroduced to pilates 3 years ago when I signed up for an intro class at Club Pilates, I was immediately hooked! I have experienced first hand just how powerful the mind body connection is. Since becoming a certified pilates instructor I appreciate how pilates truly is for every body.
