"My first introduction to Pilates was many years ago following at-home workout videos on YouTube. While I continued trying all different kinds of workouts, I always came back to Pilates. Each session left me feeling strong, accomplished, and it didn't just feel like a chore to check off my to-do list. This led me to enrol in the teacher training program in 2021 to help other people experience the long list of benefits that comes with a consistent Pilates practice! I believe Pilates can be transformative for everybody, and I love getting to share my passion for movement with everyone who comes to my classes!"
