Recently being retired from being an overseas Flight Attendant for 36 years, I found that the only exercise or practice that helped me overcome the fatigue of jet lag was Pilates! Pilates helped restore my well being physically and mentally. I have been fortunate to meet so many fabulous people in class as a student and member of Club Pilates. I then decided to challenge myself to take the teacher training and share my passion for Pilates with others. Pilates is for every “Body” at any age or physical ability. A practice that you can engage for a lifetime. I have been teaching for over 3 years and I LOVE it! See you in class……😘!
