Instructor
Rosie started her Pilates journey while she was in college at Indiana University, receiving her B.S. in Ballet/Music Performance. It was her first experience with Pilates, and she fell in love with how it enhanced her dancing and strength for performances. From there she was offered the opportunity to train and then received her Certification from Lotus Pilates, L.L.C. With her certification she wanted to help others who wanted to improve their strength and flexibility whether they were a dancer or not. She is a licensed TRX Suspension Training Instructor and is certified as a Progressing Ballet Technique instructor. She was an instructor at the Club Pilates Helotes in Texas before moving to Kentucky in 2022 and has been a trained instructor for 15 years.
Along with being a Pilates instructor, she is a ballet instructor who teaches children ranging from 5 to 18 years old. She has been a ballet instructor for over 20 years and teaches for several schools in Kentucky. Along with being an instructor, she has been dancing ballet since the age of 5 and continued into her adult life. She was a former professional ballet dancer with Ballet San Antonio for 9 years, Chicago Ballet for 2 years and a guest artist for several years.
Rosie currently teaches Monday’s and Thursdays at Club Pilates Patchen Square - Reformer Flow 1.5, Reformer Flow 2.0, Cardio Sculpt 1.0, Center and Balance 1.0 and an Intro Class. In addition, Rosie teaches Tuesday’s and Fridays at Club Pilates Malabu-Lex - Reformer Flow 1.0, Reformer Flow 2.0, Control 1.5, Cardio Sculpt 1.0, and Intro Classes.
