Sue discovered Pilates after an injury. She found it as a practice that not only offered rehabilitation but also a newfound respect for body awareness and resilience. Through the meticulous movements and core-strengthening exercises, she not only healed her ankle but also found a passion that propelled her to become a certified Pilates instructor. Sue received her 500 hour Comprehensive Certification in 2023 And is currently studying the Classical method. Sue loves how Pilates can be used as a tool to rebuild and empower individuals, no matter your age, health, fitness level or lifestyle.
