Jennifer discovered Pilates after injuries from CrossFit, roller derby, and weightlifting. Seeking an empowering, healing, and strengthening exercise, she tried bootcamps, yoga, and gyms, but Pilates was the perfect match. She aims to share the benefits of her training with Club Pilates for people of all levels, ages, and abilities. Her classes are inclusive, adaptable, challenging, yet enjoyable routines. She is committed to promoting the holistic benefits of Pilates, keeping the exercises accessible and enjoyable for everyone, while inspiring and motivating her community. Outside the studio Jennifer is an avid hiker and pet lover.
