Meet Katherine! Katherine Discovered pilates after having her son. It helped her so much in her postpartum fitness journey and quickly became her go to for exercise. Thanks to pilates, she has been able to repair and rebuild her core strength, improve balance, posture, and feel better overall! Katherine loves pilates and having the opportunity to help others learn, grown, and progress in this practice too.
Fun Fact: Katherine loves to bake! If she's not practicing or teaching pilates, she's probably baking a loaf of sourdough!
