A lifelong dancer and mover, Kaira was introduced to mat Pilates as a teenager. After receiving a BA in Dance and Drama at the University of California, Irvine, Kaira moved to New York City to immerse herself in the arts while continuing to seek ways to integrate wellness into her day-to-day life. Kaira first got on a reformer in 2018 at Club Pilates Cobble Hill and has loved it ever since. Shortly after hitting 250 classes, she decided to complete the Club Pilates Teacher Training. In her classes, you can expect a supportive and encouraging environment where you can build strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
