{"bio":"Gidget has been in the Dallas area since 1993 working in a variety of fitness-based roles. She began her Pilates career in 2003. She is certified through Stott Pilates where she was also a Lead Instructor Trainer. Gidget is now a Master Trainer for Club Pilates teaching students to\nbecome instructors through the Club Pilates Teacher Training Program. Gidget is a level 3 Fascia Stretch Therapy Specialist as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
