Anita joined Club Pilates as a member in early 2022, and promptly made Pilates practice a daily habit. She found herself particularly attracted to Pilates due to its focus on optimizing the body’s function rather than changing its shape. After experiencing her own personal improvements in strength, flexibility and well-being, Anita knew she wanted to teach and share these benefits with others. Her Pilates classes emphasize attention to form and intentional movement paired with breath.
Certifications & Qualifications:
Apprentice Program, Club Pilates; Pursuing 500 hour Club Pilates certification in Mat Pilates, Reformer, Springboard, Chair, Cadillac, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel. MBA in Marketing; Master's in Clinical Psychology
