Christina began her fitness journey six years ago with the primary goal of building strength and confidence. She developed a deep appreciation for the gym, but also began to realize that something essential was missing from her approach to fitness as she was primarily focused on building strength. Several years into her fitness journey, Christina became a certified personal trainer and expanded her focus to include various health and wellness approaches that went beyond strength training. Through extensive research, she began to embrace a holistic approach to health and wellness. This prompted her to explore alternative exercise programs that would support her body in the long term and her goal shifted from building strength to feeling good and capable. This journey of self-discovery and care led Christina to Pilates. The practice has not only improved her flexibility but has also helped rehabilitate injuries. While she continues to enjoy weightlifting, she wishes she had discovered Pilates sooner, as it would have accelerated her progress and likely prevented many injuries. With her current understanding, Christina aims to be a knowledgeable and supportive guide for others on their fitness journeys. She is dedicated to sharing her insights to help others achieve their goals and feel great in their bodies.
