Kala is a certified Pilates and Yoga Instructor. She has been sharing her passionate teaching techniques throughout the community and internationally for over 9 years. Kala holds certifications in fascial movement sequencing, elite athlete training and has an extensive background in dance, with over 20 years of training behind her.
Her classes are upbeat, informative in awareness and alignment, and cater to all bodies in the room. Out of the studio, she loves to spend her time guiding her 2 sons through life, exploring the world with her husband by her side, and has a love for local wine.
