Emma's introduction to Pilates began at an early age when it was introduced to her as a form of cross-training for dance. Growing up training in classical ballet technique, Emma quickly realized how beneficial Pilates was for balance, core stability, and full body strength. Upon graduating from the TCU School for Classical & Contemporary Dance with a BFA in Ballet, Emma joined Club Pilates in order to share the benefits of Pilates with people of all movement backgrounds. When not teaching, you can find Emma dancing professionally in Dallas, teaching Ballet, or spending time with her cat!
