Caroline discovered Pilates after completing physical therapy for long term low back pain. Pilates has not only eliminated her back pain, but as a hypermobile person it has also brought her more overall muscle stability, not to mention the mental health benefits associated with breathwork and mindfulness. After falling in love with the Pilates practice, Caroline joined the Club Pilates teacher training program in June 2023. She loves introducing Pilates to people of all backgrounds to support them as she was supported when first learning Pilates, and has previous experience teaching fitness group classes as a swimming lessons and water aerobics instructor. Caroline holds a Juris Doctor and Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota. Outside of work and Pilates, she loves spending time with her family and mini Bernedoodle puppy, reading, baking, and engaging with the French-speaking community in the Twin Cities.
