Rosalyn Lee
Rosalyn Lee is a teacher and an artist. She grew up in the Bay Area loving sports, dance, photography, nature and most of all: adventure. After completing college and travelling the world, she faced a knee injury that would change her life drastically. What seemed to be a misfortune turned into a blessing. For years, Rosalyn suffered from chronic pain until she discovered yoga. A practice that not only helped to heal her body, but uncover an openness in her heart, and a calmness in her mind. After falling in love with yoga, she decided to begin her training in Yoga. Rosalyn completed the Kids Yoga Program, the Mindful Fitness Bar Works Program, and the Sculpt work Program. She continued her fitness education and became a certified Aerial Yoga teacher, Barre3 instructor, and Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates instructor. Her passion for strength and flow have led her to create her own Aerial Barre Program. She is grateful to have found a perfect balance between her two loves: fitness and art. Rosalyn's classes are lighthearted and effective, where movement and healing unite the mind, body, and soul.
