Jan Siva
Jan’s passion for yoga, pilates, meditation, music and dance began at a young age. With the discovery of Club Pilates, Jan rediscovered her love for Pilates. She found that the contemporary style of Pilates is a complete coordination of mind, body and spirit that builds core strength and improves flexibility. She became a certified Club Pilates instructor successfully completing the 500 comprehensive hours. Jan is an energetic and passionate Pilates instructor with a strong emphasis in full body workouts that strengthen, lengthen and balance the entire body. She supports health wellness for everyone, and promotes setting goals that help with mind-body connection and a happier lifestyle. Jan’s doctorate thesis focused on Complementary Alternative Integrative Medicine. She enjoys the experience and opportunity that Club Pilates offers - the best workout for health, strength and longevity.
