Virginia has dedicated herself to the pursuit of health and fitness for over three decades. Her journey began with certifications from AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and Bar Method, where she honed her skills and passion for wellness. Most recently, she has become certified in Pilates, a discipline that has become the cornerstone of her teaching philosophy.
With infectious enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail, Virginia crafts each workout session into a dynamic and creative experience. Her goal is not only to challenge her clients physically but also to inspire them to surpass their own expectations.
