Therese has been active throughout her life, trying all different forms of exercise and activities. However, it's Pilates that really got her attention! She has been a member since we opened the studios and instantly fell in love with it. After being introduced to Pilates she found its movement approach and techniques key to maintaining physical and mental fitness. Therese is a Junior Instructor with certifications from Basi and Balance Body and still working towards her comprehensive certification. She believes Pilates precise movements, core connection and deep breathing, is an amazing form of exercise that everyone at every age benefits from. According to the founder of Pilates, Joseph Pilates once said, "A man is as old as his spine is flexible." Building a strong powerhouse leads to a healthy life on and off your Reformer. Therese is excited to help the community take their practice and healthy lifestyle to the next level.
