Get your day started with Katie! "I'm like their first cup of coffee" says Katie about her early morning classes, she gets people in a good mood, moving and stretching and endorphins racing. Katie came to pilates because she suffered from a bad back and pilates was a great alternative to physical therapy, and the more classes she took the better she felt until she was eventually able get back into other forms of exercise without pain, Pilates changes her life and she decided to spread the joy by becoming an instructor, she has been teaching since 2006. Katie takes a great interest in all her students and gets VERY excited about their success. So if you are an early bird, Katie is waiting for you!!
