Pilates Instructor
Cassie is our energetic Lead Instructor. She has over 20 years of teaching experience—blending Pilates, Yoga, Fascia Release, Post-Physio Pilates, Fitness, Barre and Meditation together to create an effective, yet mindful workout. With controlled movements, conscious alignment, and deep awareness she will show you how to connect to your body to achieve the results you want.
Cassie started her journey in Pilates because she suffered from a debilitating back injury. When she found Pilates she knew she had found something special and was able to regain her strength back slowly. That is why she is so passionate about Pilates and is compassionate about everyone’s individual journey to health. She knows that the workout you will continually come back to is one you like (even love!) so she works hard to make her classes fun and accessible for everyone.
