Molly
Molly’s love of Pilates started in high school when she was introduced to it during a summer ballet intensive. Pilates was offered as a form of cross-training and after her first session she was hooked. After just 5 weeks of practicing Pilates, Molly could already see a major improvement in her dance training. She found that she was stronger, and experienced less pain and soreness as a result of the many hours of training she did per week. Pilates is something that she kept up with periodically throughout her college years, but it wasn’t until she came across Club Pilates in 2017 that she really dove in. After her first intro class, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in Pilates. She has always maintained a very active and healthy lifestyle spending most days in the gym. Molly has her Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance and holds a 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification. She still dances professionally and believes that her dance background and love of all types of fitness really shape her teaching style. Molly takes an athletic approach and likes to motivate you to keep pushing towards your goals and to get out of your comfort zone.
