Caroljean is an accomplished fitness professional with over 24 years of experience practicing a multitude of disciplines including weight lifting, barre and yoga. She is fully certified and trained in EXO chair, TRX, Bosu, Reformer and Mat Pilates. Caroljean helps her students build strength both physically and mentally through control, precision and breathwork. She designs her classes to challenge, inspire, and instill confidence in people of all skill levels.
