My love for Pilates started 4 1/2 years ago. I've always been drawn to controlled, graceful movement, and a friend suggested I try Pilates and I kept going.
Having recently gone through instructor training, I'm more convinced than ever that , along with strength moves, flexibility and mobility are things we need no matter what our ages.
Pilates strengthens not only your body but also your mind, and brings them both together.
