Liz Stein

Pilates Instructor

Born in New Jersey but raised in the charming town of Waxhaw, Liz has always felt a deep connection to this community. After spending over two decades in the Chicago, Liz recently returned to Waxhaw, bringing with her a wealth of experiences and a renewed appreciation for the warmth of her hometown. Liz's journey into the world of Pilates began in her living room with VHS tapes. This initial exploration sparked a passion that led her to discover Club Pilates about five years ago. Instantly captivated by the reformer and especially the chair, Liz found a new obsession. This love for Pilates grew so strong that she decided to become an instructor, aiming to deepen her own practice and help others discover the transformative power of Pilates. Now, as a dedicated instructor, Liz is committed to sharing her enthusiasm and knowledge with the Waxhaw and Indian Trail communities. She lives in Waxhaw with her teenager, Issak, and her beloved cockapoo, Lucy. Whether at home or in the studio, Liz is always eager to inspire and support others on their Pilates journey.
