Nicole is a passionate and experienced Pilates instructor dedicated to helping clients build
strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall well-being.
With over 15 years of teaching experience, a Masters in Education, and comprehensive
classical pilates training she integrates mindful movement, breathwork, and proper alignment
into every session. Whether working with beginners or advanced practitioners, Nicole tailors
each class to meet individual needs, ensuring a safe and effective workout.
Nicole believes in the transformative power of Pilates to strengthen both the body and mind. Her
goal is to create a supportive and empowering environment where clients can move with
confidence, reduce pain, and achieve their fitness goals.
When not teaching, Nicole enjoys being outdoors hiking, kayaking, and continuing education in
pilates movement science.
