I was first introduced to Pilates in 2002 after having my first child. I faithfully rewound my Pilates VHS tapes and worked at reconditioning my post pregnancy body. In the years to follow I attained my Personal Training Specialist and TRX suspension training Certifications. I have used some of the pilates exercises while working one on one with clients and in group settings coaching BootCamps. In 2021 I returned to school and received my Registered Holistic Nutritionist Diploma. I am excited for this next adventure in my Health and Wellness journey and am looking forward to coaching our members. I love seeing a client's face light up when they accomplish a new move or reach a new milestone in their fitness journey. My favorite Pilates exercises are Rolling like a Ball and the Scissors.
