Dawn A
Dawn has been an athlete and into fitness most of her life. Some of her favorite workouts include Kick Boxing, Circuit Training and Barre. Due to a foot injury that lead to surgery, she was no longer able to do those weight-bearing exercises. A Club Pilates studio opened near her home and she decided to give it a try. She fell in love after her first class and quickly realized how beneficial Pilates was to her recovery. After going through this experience, she decided she wanted to share her passion for Pilates with others, so she became a Certified Pilates Instructor and also a Certified Barre instructor. She loves providing an upbeat and challenging workout and seeing how the members become stronger, more flexible and progress through their Pilates practice. When she isn’t teaching, she enjoys traveling with family and friends and volunteering for events at her church.
