Alicia Laumann
Alicia Laumann was comprehensively certified in 2005 from the Pilates Center of Orange County and trained under Diane Diefenderfer, herself a second generation disciple of Romana and Ron Fletcher. Additionally, Alicia has her MFA in dance from the University of California, Irvine and has taught ballet and modern dance and choreographed extensively for over 30 years. Because of both her dance background and Pilates training, Alicia really enjoys creating Pilates classes that organically flow, incorporating the Fletcher breathing, for challenging yet restorative experiences for all Club Pilates members! She is thrilled to be a part of the Greenville area team.
