Jen
Instructor
Jennifer started her instructor journey with Yoga back in 2013. She completed 500 hours of study and only taught yoga for many years. A job offer at a local gym brought her into the fitness world. She went onto completing multiple fitness certifications including spin, strength and kickboxing. She is also a certified personal trainer. Inspired by her first Pilates Reformer class, Jen studied Pilates, completing multiple certifications. She believes it’s important to diversify your workouts and move your body in different ways. Besides being an instructor and a mama to three boys, Jen is a triathlete and loves to compete in local races.
