Brenna
Brenna was hooked on Pilates after her first Reformer class! Years of cheerleading and long distance running took a toll on her back and knees so she was amazed at the strength, flexibility and body awareness she gained and continues to gain through Pilates. Pilates seemed to be right in line with her existing passion and strive for a healthy mind, body and soul so she decided to enroll in the Club Pilates Training program and has been teaching since 2018! She is excited about the challenge that teaching OR taking Pilates presents each day and loves to see others fall in love with Pilates just like she has. Her favorite thing about teaching at Club Pilates is that it provides opportunities for all different kinds of bodies to enjoy this practice.
