Pilates Instructor
Karen was first introduced to Pilates in 2004. She was a teacher then and started incorporating Pilates into her P.E. classes. She immediately observed positive results in her students, who became stronger and more responsive to the physical exercises.
Karen also personally benefited from Pilates. The practice helped her recover more quickly from wrist and back surgeries and rebuild her core strength after three children. After nearly two decades of Pilates practice, Karen is now a Club Pilates-certified instructor deeply passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others.
