"I didn't grow up in a household that prioritized sports or outdoor activities, so staying active as an adult felt daunting. Through high school and college, I tried countless workouts, but nothing stuck. Then in March 2022, I walked into a Club Pilates class for the first time -feeling unmotivated, uncomfortable in my body, and stuck in a cycle of dragging myself through each day. To my surprise, I quickly became addicted to my morning Pilates classes (ME-a self-proclaimed night owl!). I began to look forward to each session, leaving the studio energized and ready to tackle the day with a brighter outlook. Two and a half years later, l've transformed into a much healthier version of myself-mind and body. I move better, eat better, feel better, and DO better. I'm stronger, more confident, and surrounded by an amazing community of kind, motivated, and supportive people who've inspired me to keep growing. Now, I'm beginning a new chapter in my Pilates journey-this time as an instructor! • My goal is to help others experience the same life-changing benefits l've discovered, inspiring them to move with intention, prioritize their well-being, and embrace the joy of feeling their best."
