Francine Eaves-Ranft
Instructor
Francine fell into Pilates over 20 years ago, after battling a bad back for years. Working with incredible instructors and mentors, she experienced the methodology in many forms, including reformer, chair, tower and mat as well as variations such as Gyrotonic and Gyrokenesis. Focusing on the exercise and movement allowed Francine to learn the breath and its importance. Consistency with Pilates fundamentals became as important as the exercise itself. As the years ticked away, she realized her back issues became less of an annoyance, and she migrated into the athletic aspect of Pilates too. Her love for Pilates never faded. Teaching Pilates became the next logical step. When she is not in the studio, Francine is a wife, caretaker for her mother, and a dog mom to her pups JJ and Rosie.
