Chass has always practiced different fitness regimens, from boxing, bootcamp, barre, calisthenics, and weightlifting; yet never feeling fully fulfilled until she discovered Pilates. Quickly thereafter she decided to get certified in Pilates through Club Pilates. Her favorite apparatus is the chair; small but mighty is how she describes all the beneficial and challenging exercises you can perform on the chair. Working with Chass you will find your fullest potential of mindful movement which will transcend into lean toned muscles, enhanced core strength, improved posture, increased flexibility, while benefiting from natural endorphins for a mood boost.
