Danielle Murphy
After four years of pursuing her own personal Pilates practice, Danielle became certified in mat and apparatus through a BASI inspired program in San Diego, CA in 2008.
She has taught at studios, gyms, schools, and private home settings. Always wanting to increase her knowledge and expertise she has sought out continuing education opportunities worldwide, and last year completed a six month intensive master’s program: The Science and Psychology of Teaching.
Her specialty training has included; injury prevention and rehabilitation, pre- and post natal Pilates, Pilates for Digestion and Detoxification, athletic cardio combinations, and manual cueing.
Danielle became a Master Trainer through Club Pilates in January and has since been leading the Teacher Training programs.
Not only is Danielle an expert in Pilates she also has a MA in Health Education and Holistic Nutrition and is a Board Certification Holistic Nutrition Educator through the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP).
She loves sharing her passion for Pilates and Nutrition with people in order to help them achieve their unique health and fitness goals. In her free time she enjoys being a mother to her one year old son, hiking with her dogs, traveling, art, and spending time with family and friends.
