Monique obtained her Pilates Certification through Club Pilates in 2024. Monique has been teaching with Club Pilates since 2024. However, she discovered Club Pilates in 2022 when she began to prioritize her physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Before discovering Pilates, Monique was always active and athletic, enjoying swimming, basketball, and yoga. Her love for Pilates in particular began as a form of rehabilitation from an old injury. She tried many programs to try to complement her belief in holistic health, and she can attest to the fact that Pilates works. She fell in love with the newfound mobility it gave her after so many failed attempts, and she is excited to share with everyone the joy and freedom that Pilates gives her.
Monique is a foodie who loves tea, cooking, traveling, and hiking, solo and with friends. She is committed to keeping her workouts for you varied, balanced, challenging, and personalized to your needs.
