Kim Hanna
Apprentice Instructor
Kim’s passion for movement began early through gymnastics and cheerleading. While attending Winthrop University, she was an active member of the co-ed cheer team. After earning both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in nursing, Kim married Brian, and together they have six children, now ranging from teenagers to young adults.
A breast cancer survivor, Kim is deeply grateful to her Savior, Jesus Christ, for her healing. Following her treatment, which included chemotherapy, a double mastectomy, and radiation, she discovered her love for Pilates. The practice played a pivotal role in her physical and mental recovery, helping her regain strength and maintain her overall well-being.
Now, Kim is passionate about empowering other women, particularly those navigating peri and post-menopause, to experience the transformative benefits of Pilates. When she’s not teaching, Kim stays busy as a Family Nurse Practitioner or cherishing time with her family.
