Exercise is for EVERYBODY! Our bodies, no matter the size, crave movement. I deprived myself of that movement for a large part of my life. After an accident in 2013 and three subsequent brain surgeries, I was depressed and tired and hurting. In 2017, I was introduced to a studio workout that gave me the joy and desire to move again.... After three years and a 90 pound weight loss, I continued to build on my exercise experience and learned additional disciplines through Club Pilates. It was such a great way to continue to connect my mind and body. Pilates continued to improve my range of motion and core strength and introduced me to a community of empowering people who are there every class to cheer you on.
I currently teach multiple times a week and work at the front desk. I want to encourage you every day to be your very best --for you and for all those you love! We can overcome so many things that get in our way! Movement is necessary and healing. I want to share my love of Pilates with each person who walks in the door and help remind them they are incredibly strong! I want to help you learn to love movement just as much as I do!
