Seonna recently moved back to her hometown, here, in Fayetteville, from New York City. In college, she ran Track and field and Cross Country, and her years as a college athlete were tough on her body. As a form of recovery, she started her - now - seven-year Pilates practice. The method is a way for her to feel grounded and connected to her body while also pushing herself to find strength in ways she didn't know her body capable. When she isn't getting her teaching training hours, she is bike riding with her Weimaraner, Effie, and spending time with her family. She is currently undergoing her 520-hour Balanced Body® Comprehensive Instructor Training.
